GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONSΥΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ ΕΝΟΙΚΙΑΣΗΣ ΟΧΗΜΑΤΟΣ
1. Driver’s age:
The person that will be registered as the vehicle’s drive must be older than 23 years old and below 75 years old and have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months before the reservation.
2. Driver’s license:
Driver’s licenses from all countries will be accepted. For driver’s licenses that do not belong in the European Union, their holders must have international driver’s license.
3. Rental period::
The minimum rental period of the vehicle is 1 day (24 hours).
4. Kilometers limit:
Maximum kilometer limit is 200 kilometers per day for 1-3 days rental. Otherwise, there is an additional charge of 0.5€/ km. For rentals 1-3 days, it is possible to modify the kilometer limit upon request at an additional cost. km ανά ημέρα. Μπορείτε να προσθέσετε επιπλέον χιλιόμετρα με επιπλέον κόστος, κατόπιν αιτήματος.
For rentals of 4 days or more there is no kilometer limit.
5. Fuel policy:
The customer must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had at pickup.
6. Driving abroad:
Driving abroad is prohibited.
7. Transport by ship:
Transporting the vehicle by ship is prohibited. It can only be transported upon written consent of the company. Damages caused during loading, uploading and transporting the car are not covered.
8. Violations of Traffic Code
The customer is entirely responsible for the fines imposed during the rental period for violation of the traffic code.
9. Vehicle delivery-pickup:
The delivery and pickup of the vehicle can be conducted either at the company’s headquarters: 109. Karamanli Ave. or in Macedonia Airport, the intercity bus station, the Hellenic Railways Organization (OSE) station or in the port of Thessaloniki. There is also the possibility of delivery and pickup in a different location in liaison with the customer/lessee and with an additional fee.
The delivery and pickup of the vehicle can be conducted free of charge from 08:00 to 21:30 or at a different time in liaison with the customer/lessee and an additional fee (20€).
10. Additional charges:
· Second Driver: no additional charge
· Baby seat: 3 Euro/day (upon agreement)
· Snow chains: no additional charge (upon agreement)
11. Method of payments:
· Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Euroline, Unionpay)/Χρεωστική Κάρτα (visa, mastercard, maestro, euroline, unionpay).
· Bank account deposit (allowed only in case of a pre-booking)
12. Guarantee:
The waiver amount will be pre- authorized from the lessee’s credit card. For categories A, B, D, E it is 500€ and for category C it is 750€. Για τις κατηγορίες A, B, D, E είναι 500 €, για την κατηγορία C είναι 750€.
13. Cancelation policy:
The cancellation of a reservation can be completed via e-mail.
If the reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the reservation date, the total amount is compensated.
If the reservation is cancelled 20-8 days before the reservation date, then the 50% of the total amount is compensated.
If the reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before the reservation date then there is no refund.
14. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):
The rental cost includes collision damage waiver for accident, theft and fire with waiver amount depending on the car category. Repair costs in the event of a collision or fire with legitimate participation (waiver amount): Category A, B, D, E: 500€, Category C: 750€).D,E: 500€, κατηγορία C: 750€)
Covers:
· Against third parties for death and physical injuries per sufferer
· Crystal Breakage
· 24-hour roadside assistance
· Damages occurred by natural disaster or acts of terrorism.
15. Full Damage Waiver (FDW):
The customer/lessee can be fully relieved from his legitimate participation (waiver amount) by paying an additional amount per day according to the terms and condition of the contract (Category A: 7€/day, B: 8€/day, C: 9€/day, D: 9€/day, E: €/day).€/ ημέρα, Β: 8€/ ημέρα, C: 9€/ ημέρα, D: 9€/ ημέρα, E: 10€/ ημέρα) δεν θα είναι υπόχρεος να καταβάλλει το ποσό απαλλαγής σε περίπτωση ατυχήματος, κλοπής ή πυρκαγιάς.

· 24-hour roadside assistance
· Damages occurred by natural disaster or acts of terrorism.
· Repair costs in the event of a collision, or fire or theft of a vehicle, with additional cost depending on the category of the vehicle.
16. Vehicle Insurance Coverage
With each insurance package option, for accident, theft or fire coverage to apply the lessee must:
· Τhe vehicle must be driven the person registered on the contract.
· Τhe customer/lessee, whether another vehicle is involved or not, must immediately contact the company, call the roadside assistance as well as the police, and fill in and sign an accident, partial or total theft and fire declaration.
· The driver must not be under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
· The driver must not drive in an unpaved road.
· The driver must not drive abroad.
· The driver must not have violated the Traffic Code.
In case of damage or theft caused by liability/negligence of the driver to the lessor’s vehicle, the customer bears full responsibility up to the total market value of the vehicle at the time of the accident/theft.
17. Exemptions for the CDW and FDW:
· Damages because of wrong fuel used.
· Damage because of misuse of the vehicle.
· Damages on the tires, wheels and on the bottom part of the vehicle.
· Damages during loading, unloading or transporting the vehicle on ships
· Damage/loss of car keys.
· Loss of personal items of the customer.
· Damages/ loss in the interior of the vehicle, as well as spare wheel, whatnot car, car tools and first aid kit, unless it is the result of an accident.
· Damages/loss to additional equipment (eg: baby chair).
· ΖBiological cleaning, in case the vehicle is returned in a bad condition.
18. Included in rental price

19. NOT Included in reservation rental price
